After log in you arrive at your holiday records page. Your special promo code is display here, along with a list of previously added holiday records, and buttons to manage your landing page and (during the promotion period) add new holidays. If it is your first visit, login in to your control panel and click the 'Add New Holiday' button to get started.

Creating Holiday Records
Each holiday record is like a micro site (within the main HolidayPhotoShare website) - dedicated to a particular holiday, created from the holiday maker’s point of view.

During the promotional period (prior to offical launch in summer 08) we are empowering travel agents and tour operators to create holiday records on behalf of their customers. As far as possible use genuine feedback and quotes from your customers if you are providing text as well as photos.

If it is your first visit, login in to your control panel and click the 'Add New Holiday' button to get started

Updating Holiday Records
After log in you arrive at your holiday list page. A list of previously created holiday records, along with buttons to access their respective admin panels is presented on that page. Click the Enter button of the holiday you wish to edit to arrive at the admin panel for that holiday.

Manage Landing Page
After you log in, use the 'Manage Landing Page' button to view all holiday records where you are named as the travel agent/operator. Naturally all holidays you add will appear within this list.

• Holidays initially appear as New Holidays. At this point they will not show on your landing page.
• You need to review each holiday and then either approve or reject it.
• Approved holidays only will show on your landing page.
• You can change your mind about approving/reject at any time simply by reassigning the holiday record.

The special link for your website, that will bring the person clicking it direct to your landing page at HolidayPhotoShare can be retrieved at the top of your Manage Landing Page
